We (EposDepo Limited) are committed to protecting your privacy and promise to collect, process and share your data safely and securely when you use our website or place orders with us. Our Privacy Policy tells you how we do this and what your rights are. Any personal data processed in line with our Privacy Policy is controlled by us, as the data controller.

What we collect from you:

EposDepo will require your name, address (billing and shipping if different), email address and phone number for the purpose of ordering and shipment our goods and services to you.

We DO NOT hold any details used to collect money from your bank or card, all payments through our website are handled by PayPal and you should refer to PayPal for details on what data is held about you by them.

We also do not hold any BACS if supplied to us for refunds and/or payments - we do not save these details.

How we use your data:

We only use your data to bill, ship and contact you regarding your order, quote or refund.

How we use your data for marketing:

On occasion, we may contact you about software renewals, special orders or details about your orders.

If you wish to stop receiving our emails you can 'unsubscibe' at any time by directly email or clicking the 'unscubscribe' button at the bottom of the email.

Who we share your data with:

We share your shipping address with our suppliers in order to ship our goods to you, no other data is shared.

How we protect your data:

Transactional information is held by PayPal UK and therefore we do not hold your bank details.

All data that we do collect (see above) is held on our website hosting provider (1&1) as well as our accounts system (locally installed) on a computer device which is encrypted at rest and only accessible by authorised persons with password protected access.

How long we keep your data:

We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

At the end of that retention period, your data will either be deleted or anonymised (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
